SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our products around the world; however we are based in the U.S. so our main focus is fast shipping here. 

UNITED STATES: After fulfillment, our products are generally shipped within 2-5 days, and you can expect them in about a week (maybe a day or two longer). If you do have any questions about timing around certain holidays, shoot us an email and we'll let you know what we're seeing in delivery times (hello@raddadco.com).

OTHER COUNTRIES: Most of the rest of the world our shipping days are 3-8 days, but can be upwards of 14 days in some countries. For a complete list of shipping date timeframes, please reach out to hello@raddadco.com.

SHIPPING COSTS: We charge a flat rate of $3.99 for shipping worldwide. However, once customers spend a certain dollar amount in the store (i.e. - $50+), we may offer free shipping.

SHIPPING METHODS: We offer a flat-rate shipping as our shipping option. There is no expedited options.

DELIVERY ONLY: We are an online-only store, so we do not offer "pickup" as an option.

REFUNDS: As mentioned in our Refund Policy, if the package encountered shipping problems as a result of an incorrect address inputted at checkout, the cost of shipping additional products would be at cost to the customer.

POTENTIAL SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS: Due to external factors like COVID, our fulfillment and delivery times may differ. We will keep you apprised of any delays as they come up, but please reach out to hello@raddadco.com if you have any questions before or after you order.
