RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts 28 days (4 weeks) after the the product has been received or the expected delivery date. If 28 or more days have gone by since receipt of the product or expected delivery date, unfortunately, we can't help you, so if something is wrong, please don't delay.

Any issues with damages, defects, or delivery will be handled promptly via email, so please reach out as soon as possible.

 

If products are damaged or defective, please reach out to hello@raddadco.com to get a replacement within four weeks after the product has been received.

 

For packages lost in transit, please reach out to hello@raddadco.com within four weeks of the estimated delivery date. However, if the delivery issue was because of an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, we can arrange for a subsequent order, but this will be at the cost to the customer.
